Appointment Policy

Late Policy

Appointments that are more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If your appointment can still be accommodated, a rush charge of $25 be will added to complete the appointment on time.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations less than 48 hours are subject to a late cancellation fee that is 50% of the service total. Same day cancellations are 100% of the service total

No Show Policy

No show appointments will be charged a fee that is 100% of the service total. If fee is not paid, no further appointments will be able to be scheduled. All future appointments will require full payment upon booking & will be non-refundable

Please understand that your appointment time is especially reserved for you. It is up to you to determine the best time and date for your appointment. We are firm on our policy regardless of flight delays, weather, illness, traffic, or any other unforeseen circumstance. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Unfortunately cancellations that are made less than 48 hours do not give enough time for TaylerYourEvent's schedule to be refilled. We understand life gets busy, which is why we always send a courtesy reminder message ahead of time. Thank you for understanding.
